2023.3.16. Colors of the Spirit and INSPO  collaboratively organized the annual Youth Art Exhibition - a benefit event, was conducted in Houston Chinese Art Center, Houston, Texas.

Both Colors of the Spirit and INSPO are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that are mainly run by a group of young artists and students. In this event, 150 paintings were donated by young artists from our organizations, among which, 35 artworks were auctioned for $8830. Particularly, the highest bid artworks were from "Colors of the Spirit." They are "Renaissance" by Isabell Gu and "Curious Little Girl" by Cindy Tso. Isabell Gu also won highest total auction value of $1750 and was awarded 1st place scholarship. Four other high school students were awarded the top 3 scholarship. The remaining funds are open to the applicants who need financial aid for their education.

The success of this event was due to 30+ volunteers working diligently for days. On the day of the event, 200+ people attended the auction. This event also received congratulation and award letters from KP George, Fort Bend County Judge, as well as Texas State Representative Gene Wu.
